On Ideological and Political Work by the Communist Youth League of Independent Colleges

The independent college is a new type of colleges in the transformation of higher education from the meritocratic mode to the popularized pattern in which the systems of teaching and management are new.Ways of management and of working are special in such colleges.In such a system of specialized way of management and working,the Communist Youth League plays a very important role for the fact that it serves a great stage for the young people to display their thinking and exhibit themselves.It is not only a space for the student to improve their personal quality and ability but also a field for them to sublimate their ideology.Therefore the good work of the Committee of the Communist Youth League in independent colleges plays an important role in improving the quality of management in students＇ affairs.
