| 摘 要： | 用反相高效液相色谱法测定了１５种致突变硝基多环芳烃的正辛醇－水分配系数和水溶解度，所得结果分别与摇瓶法和动态联柱法测定值相符较好。

| Abstract: | The n-octanol/water partition coefficients and solubilities of 15 mutagenic nitrated polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons are determined by HPLC method. The results well agree with those determined by dynamic couple-column technology and shake flask method. |
