青少年挫折教育及其对策探析

摘    要:挫折教育是我国素质教育的重要组成部分,培养学生良好的受挫能力是学校心理素质教育的重要目标。文章分析了当代青少年挫折教育的缺失和存存的理论问题,探讨了如何以科学有效的教育对策培养青少年承受挫折的能力。

Abstract:Frustration education constitutes an important part of quality education in China.To train students' ability to face frustrations is an important aim of psychological quality education of schools.This paper,after analyzing the lack of frustration education for adolescence and existing theoretical problems,discusses some scientifically effective educational countermeasures in training adolescence's ability to face frustrations.
