发展大规模非水能可再生能源积极构建我国能源可持续发展体系

在我国,调整能源结构,建立能源可持续发展体系的任务已提上日程。在最近形成的二十一世纪上半叶我国能源可持续发展体系的构想基础上,对发展大规模非水能可再生能源的重大意义与面临的困难进行了研究分析,建议设立国家重大专项,采取长期、持续稳定的有力措施,有步骤、分阶段地推进。当前应做好充分的前期准备工作,期望能正式列入十二五国家计划。

Large Scale Non-hydro Renewable Energy Development for Active Creation of Sustainable Energy System in China

China is facing the important task to create the energy sustainable development system through the energy structure adjustment.Based on the recent study on the energy sustainable system in China for the first half of 21st century,the importance and difficulties of the development of large-scale non-hydro renewable energy are analyzed and studied,and it is suggested to establish a National Program to promote its faster progress.In the near future,it is needed to do good preparation,so the program can be included into the 12th Five-Years National Plan.
