网络组织负效应理论研究进展

企业跨边界合作所形成的网络组织在企业界和理论界都备受关注，其中一个最重要的原因是网络组织可以产生“1＋1〉2”的协同效应，但是，并非所有的网络组织都能够产生协同效应，美国硅谷和“128公路”都是典型的网络组织结构。但却出现了截然不同的结果。本文从路径依赖、嵌入理论以及生态系统理论等三个方面对现有国内外关于网络组织负效应问题的文献进行梳理．以期对网络组织有更全面的认识．并能够对网络组织治理实践有一定的指导意义。

Research Progress of the Negative Effects for Network Organization

The network organization formed by cross-border co-operation among enterprises has been paid more attention in business and theoretical circles, one of the most important reason is that network organization may produce a ＂＇1 ＋1〉 2＂ synergy effect. However, not all network organizations are able to generate positive synergy, Silicon Valley and the ＂Highway 128＂ in United States are typical network organization, but they appeared very different results. This paper sorts out the literature at home and abroad about the negative effects from the path-dependence, embeddedness, and ecological systems, so that network organization has been understood more comprehensively, and the governance practice of network organization must have been guided.
