我国财政社会保障支出与经济增长关系的实证研究

为研究我国财政社会保障支出与经济增长之间的关系，以1991—2013年间财政社会保障支出和国内生产总值数据为样本，运用计量分析软件Eviews5．0对二者进行协整分析，结果表明二者之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系，并且财政社会保障支出对长期经济增长具有显著的负向影响。在分析结论的基础上提出两点政策建议，一是建立适应我国经济社会发展水平的社会保障体系，充分发挥社会保障的作用；二是在强调保民生的同时，适度放缓经济增长的速度，在保民生和动态合理调整经济结构的情况下打牢长期经济发展的基础。

An Empirical Analysis of the Relationship Btween Financial Social Security Expenditure and Economic Growth

In order to study the relationship between financial social security expenditure and economic growth of China, use the data of financial social security expending and gross domestic product as sample, use econometric analysis software Eviews5.0 for cointegration analysis, the results indicate the a stable equilibrium relationship between them in the long run, and financial social security expenditure has a significant negative impact economic growth on long-term, and based on the conclusions of the analysis put forward some policy recommendations.
