| Abstract: | Market economy determines that notary cannot be otherwise than to run along the developing road of quality and benefit model.Notarial quality is the basic problem in the development of notarial undertaking.We can insure the evidential effect and legal effect,enforce effect of notary certificate unless we can insure the quality of the notary.This is the theme in the new century that we must obtain our existence and development by the quality. |
