| 摘 要： | 结合型号可靠性试验工作，对机裁电子设备可靠性试验、可靠性增长和可靠性增长管理工作进行了探讨，以具体产品为例，提出在产品的整个寿命周期中，利用各种试验的故障信息，实施科学有效的增长管理，必然能够在节约经费和时间的前提下，实现产品可靠性的高效增长的观点。

| Abstract: | Combined with the reliability test of the product of model's, the reliability testing, reliability growth and reliability growth management of the airborne electronic equipment were discussed. Taking a product as an example, it is concluded that in the whole life of a product, bring all of failure information into the effect of scientific and availability growth management, is capable of saving outlay and time, and achieving high growth of product reliability. |
