| 摘 要： | 在教育领域,差异是一种学习资源,基于差异学习策略是实现教育价值的途径,差异可以引发背景各异的校际同伴的相互启发,在启发对方的同时也受对方强化而实现自我启发。相互启发的教育价值体现在以下方面。一方面,自我启发可以促进自我意识的觉醒,增强自我可能性的觉知,在相互影响中提高自我可能性;同时,在启发校际同伴时得到同伴的承认,这是对自己观点正确性的一种证实,能够增强自信心,由此满足自我实现和自我发展的需求,而实现教育的个人价值。另一方面,相互启发体现了一种地位平等的民主过程,是建立友谊的途径,是维系友谊的纽带,并最终唤起学习者的积极情绪而获得幸福感,实现教育的终极价值。
