科学课教师胜任特征模型实证性研究

摘    要:运用工作分析、文献研究和教师团体焦点访谈等方法获得科学课教师岗位特质,在专家支持和已有胜任特征词典的基础上,编制《科学课教师岗位特质初步量表》;以此为依据,通过科学课教师行为事件访谈及其结果分析,获得科学课教师胜任特征;运用因素分析,构建并验证包括教育理念、学生理解、知识体系、行为能力和专业成长的科学课教师五维度胜任特征模型。
