教育领域标准化思想刍议

摘    要:基于分层思路的条件—功能—效果标准框架,可以看成是教育领域标准化思想的基石。条件标准着眼于物,功能标准着眼于事,效果标准着眼于人。三层体系中,上层是下层的目标与动力,而下层是上层的实现基础,共同实现对教育领域某系统(或子系统)的不同层次思考,从而既可以从效果角度宏观地把握教育的总体目标,又能通过功能的实现来确保效果的达成,而功能实现所需要的保障条件又在条件标准中得以落实与细化。
