以科学发展观审视高校教师评价的价值追求

摘    要:教师评价体现了学校的办学理念与追求,对学校的整体发展和高校教师个体发展以及大学生全面素质培养具有导向作用。但现行高校教师评价的诸多方面尤其是其价值取向偏离了科学发展观要义,一定程度上窄化或异化了其应有功能,难以促进高校教师的持续成长与专业发展。高校教师评价应以科学发展观的核心理念———以人为本为价值取向,着力提升高校教师在办学中的主体地位,体现对教师的人性关怀;激发高校教师的内在工作动机,呼唤其高尚人性的复归;营造高校民主、和谐、自由的学术环境与氛围,引领优良校园文化的塑造。

Abstract:Teacher evaluation reflects the school-running idea and pursuits of the school,providing direction for the all-round development of the school,the individual development of the teachers and the whole-person quality culti-vation of students.However,many aspects of the existent evaluation deviates from the essence of the scientific de-velopment view,narrowing and alienating to some extent its functions and unable to play the role of facilitating the growth and professional development of teachers.Teacher evaluation in higher learning institutions should be human-oriented,with a view to improving and consolidating the teachers position as subject,showing humanistic concern for teachers,stimulating their interior motivation for work,inspiring nobility in them,creating a democratic,harmo-nious and free academic environment.
