富士康“虎狐”文化管理模式与员工“十二连跳”深层心理冲突之探讨

摘    要:富士康的十二连跳让人震惊,80后、90后新生代农民工的生存现状进入人们的视线,是什么原因导致系列自杀事件的发生成为整个社会关注的焦点。本文从富士康的虎狐文化管理模式以及新生代农民工的心理冲突两方面进行分析,探讨富士康事件背后的深层原因。试图以富士康这个世界最大的代工企业的现状为缩影,唤起社会和政府对产业工人整体的真实生存状态的关注。呼吁企业在管理中应给予员工更多的人文关怀,促进和谐社会的建立。
