国际视野下的教师素质及其评价

摘    要:教师素质是影响教育发展的关键因素。这里介绍了国内外学者对教师素质内涵的认识,指出教师素质具有可塑性、多元化及稳定性和动态性相统一的特点,并探讨了教师素质评价的指标体系不断细化、评价主体由单一向多元转变、评价内容由外向内转变、评价功能由工具理性向以人为本转变等发展趋势。
