| 摘 要： | 高职院校已广泛认同＂工学结合、校企合作＂的人才培养模式作为其主要发展途径,但在实践和贯彻实施过程中却出现了一些问题。本文在针对性剖析现存问题基础上,从激励机制、利益机制、约束机制及情感机制等方面探讨构建校企合作的长效机制。

| Abstract: | It is widely accepted by higher vocational schools to treat the "work-study combination,school-enterprise cooperation" personnel training mode as a main development approach.Based on a targeted analysis of the current problems,this paper discusses the long-term mechanism construction of school-enterprise cooperation in terms of incentives,benefit mechanism,restraint mechanism and emotional mechanism. |
