In recent years,the university graduates’ employment has become a hot issue that the community concerns about.Facing up the severe employment situation,campus job fair has become one of the most important channels of graduates achieving employment and also a significant way for enterprises to absorb talent.This paper analyzes the characteristics and problems of the campus job fair,and proposes some corresponding countermeasures.
