摘    要:薪酬的实质是激励机制。国有企业经营者的薪酬存在不容忽视的问题,要具体研究薪酬的选择和优化对策,主要是薪酬应该区分中央企业与地方企业的合理差别,薪酬要与业绩挂钩,与员工保持适当的差距,加强法律和行政的干预。

Abstract:Salary can stimulate workers, so we cannot ignore the problems in payment system in enterprises. We need to study and optimize payment system, in which salary should be differed between the central government - controlled enterprises and the local ones; Salary should be paid differently on the performance of each worker. The intervening and monitoring of law and administration should be reinforced.
