跳跃项目运动员损伤状况的分析与研究

采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈访问、数理统计等方法,对山东省高校达到国家二级运动水平以上的跳跃专项运动员的运动损伤状况进行调查分析,并有针对性地提出了运动损伤的预防措施,尽可能的避免运动损伤,延长运动寿命,推动我国跳跃项目整体水平的提高。
