| 摘 要： | 近几年,法学专业毕业生遭遇就业的寒冬。法学招生热与就业冷的矛盾和法学大众人才过剩与法学高级人才的短缺并存的现象令人深思。从社会环境和传统观念、法学教育、法学职业、司法考试等方面探求法学专业大学生就业难的症结,力图从不同视角提出解决之道。

| Abstract: | In recent years,law graduates have been confronted with the winter of employment.It is worth thinking deeply about the the conflict between hot admissions and cold employment,and the conflict between excess of popular talents and lack of higer-level talents.This article makes an analysis of the difficulties in university law graduates' employment from social environment,traditional values,legal education,legal profession judicial examination,trying to find solutions to the problem in different perspectives. |
