| Abstract: | In a light of the popularization of higher education,a new model to educate students should be investigated and set to meet the demands for applied-based talent cultivation.Therefore the establishment and the management of laboratory would be correspondently reformed and enhanced according to the new talent criteria.The investment for laboratory construction should become a priority in school budget.A variety of new management measures should be taken to raise the efficiency of laboratory utilization for the applied-based talent cultivation. |
