| 摘 要： | 宿舍文化是高校校园文化的重要组成部分,建设宿舍文化是全面育人、提高学生素质的客观要求.本文在阐述大学生宿舍文化的基本内涵、结构和特征的基础上,分析大学生宿舍文化建设存在的问题,探讨宿舍文化的育人功能,并提出加强大学生宿舍文化建设的实施路径.
