| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨三种畸形胎儿肾上腺发育及组织学特征。方法:解剖观察肾上腺、整体取材、常规HE染色、光学显微镜观察肾上腺组织学结构。结果:无脑儿肾上腺未发育(缺如);胸腹壁联体畸形胎儿肾上腺发育欠充分;并(缺)指畸形胎儿肾上腺发育正常。结论:无脑儿因脑垂体、神经系统发育障碍,而致肾上腺不发育;联体畸形胎儿肾上腺发育较同龄正常胎儿迟缓。

| Abstract: | Objective:To discuss the development and histological character of 3 malformation fetus suprarenal gland.Method:To dissect and observe the suprarenal gland,to draw materials from the organ in whole, then suprarenal gland tissue slices under the light microscope with methods of HE.Result:Undevelopment of the anencephalus(without development). Thoracogastrodidymus develops defectively.Ectrosyndactylia develops normally.Conclusion:To anencephalus the hypophysis and nervous system develop defectively result in undevelopment of suprarenal gland.Thoracogastrodidymus develops more slowly than normal fetus. |
