小电流接地系统单相接地保护装置的研究

摘    要:针对中性点不接地或经消弧线圈接地的小电流接地系统,存在的熄灭接地电弧能力低及系统发生人身感电时、间接性接地过电压时、设备内部故障接地时,无保护能力的问题.在深入研究保护方法的基础上,利用先进的电子技术结合电气原理,将上述系统变为智能接地系统运行的保护方案.同时,介绍了智能接地系统的构成、工作原理、功能与特点及系统运行情况.

Abstract:In this paper,considering the isolated neutral or with resonant grounding in small current grounding system,grounding arc extinguishing capacity of the existing system at low and personal sense of power,the indirect grounding voltage,the device internal ground fault,the non-protection issues,an in-depth method of protection is studied.Based on the use of advanced electronic technologies electrical theory,the above system is altered as an intelligent grounding system for the protection of programs’ running.At the same time,the paper introduces its grounding system,working principle,function and features of the operation of the system.
