| 摘 要： | 一般工科院校需要研究社会的需求，从大学生的可持续发展出发，结合培养目标，积极探索与改善人才培养模式。人才培养模式要不断改善，教师是关键，要密切围绕“工程”、“应用或实践’’打造一支与培养模式、目标要求相适应的高水平的、具备工程教育能力素质的师资队伍。

| Abstract: | The general engineering colleges need to study the demand of the society, proceeding from sustainable development of college students and combining the train objective to explore and improve talent＇s training mode actively. The teacher has the key function to the improve talent training mode , to take close around “engineering”, “employing or practicing”, to construct the faculty of high-level, with educational ability quality of the engineering that suitable for with training mode, goal. |
