| 摘 要： | 指出了大学学风中所存在的忽视学习、缺乏刻苦精神、考试作弊等问题,分析了影响优良学风形成的高校、社会等诸多因素。提出了加强思想政治教育;加强管理工作,奖罚分明;提高教师素质,以教风促学风;加强校园文化建设,创造学风建设的良好氛围;加强部门协作,建立长效机制等对策。 |

| Abstract: | Some problems in college and university learning atmosphere are pointed out： ignorance of learning,lack of hard-working and cheating in examination.Some college and social elements to influence the formation of good learning atmosphere are analyzed.Some countermeasures are proposed： strengthening moral politics education,enforcing management,clear rewards and punishments,improving teachers’ quality to promote learning atmosphere through teaching atmosphere,enhancing campus culture construction to create nice atmosphere of learning building;intensifying department cooperation to build long-time system. |
