| Abstract: | Employment brings about huge pressure to college students, and the ways to mitigate the pressure are to adjust psychology and to fix position exactly.Some specific methods are knowing about the company (position) where you want to go,evaluating youself properly and writing your resume and recommendation letter appropriately and specifically.In the end, you will get interviewer's trust and the position you are eager to. |
