| 摘 要： | 吴塘陂是具有一千八百余年历史的水利工程,至今依然施展着水为民利的功能价值。本文广搜文献和实地调查,对其始建时间、始建人和历代变迁,逐以钩沉与抉微。从历代诗歌对吴塘陂赞颂中,悟出这一工程灌溉、旅游、渡口的多功能价值。古人已有的这种“多功能价值”统筹的设计思维,对今天“全面协调可持续的科学发展观”理论和实践,有着重要的启迪意义。

| Abstract: | Wutangbei is a hydraulic project more than 1,800 years,until today it is still displaying the functional value that water works for the benefit of the people.This article,based on broad searching for the literature and the on-the-spot investigation,deliberately finds out the initial time,the founder and the vicissitudes during all previous dynasties.From the extolling poetry of all previous dynasties to Wutangbei,it becomes aware that this project was constructed for multi-purpose: irrigation,traveling and a ferry spot.The overall design thought of "the multi-purpose value" that the ancient people had has important inspiration significance to the theory and practice of "comprehensive,coordinate and sustainable scientific development concept" in today. |
