| 摘 要： | 本文主要就当前企业集团实行的财务总监委派制度进行研究与探讨.文章分别对推行财务总监委派制的意义、目的、作用等进行了论述,并结合自己的工作实践就当前企业集团推行财务总监委派制中存在的问题进行了分析,在此基础上提出了相应的对策建议.
