关于增强公文写作课教学实效的思考

应用文写作能力是现代必备职业能力的重要组成部分,公文写作一直是应用文写作教学的重点、难点。中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅发布了《党政机关公文处理工作条例》并于2012年7月1日开始施行。在新老更替的关键时期,公文写作教学必须在内容上紧扣新《条例》的新特点、新变化,在＂快＂和＂新＂上下功夫,讲清公文演进历程,明确新《条例》发布的必要性;讲清过去党政两大系统公文处理工作的差异,明确新《条例》发布的划时代意义;讲清新《条例》的主要变化,切实增强教学时效性和针对性,提高公文写作课的教学质量。

Thinking on Enhancing the Teaching Effectiveness of Documents Writing

Practical writing ability is an essential part in modern professional competence. Official document writ-ing is a key and difficult point in teaching practical writing. General Office of CPC Central Committee and State Council issued ＂Party and Government Offices Document Handling Work Regulations＂, which was put into ef-fect on July 1, 2012. During critical period of replacement of old, we must compete for time efficiency and catch the points in teaching official document writing, concentrating our efforts on the ＂fast＂ and ＂new＂ and expound-ing the evolvement of official documents, clarifying the necessity of issuing new regulation, making clear the dif- ferences of two systems, and clarify the historical significance of new regulations. In addition, the paper is aimed to expound the major changes of new regulations, practically enhance the effectiveness and pertinence in teaching, and improve the teaching quality of official document writing.
