摘    要:在环境激烈变动的情况下,企业竞争优势来源于以“做不同的事”而创新顾客价值。其原理在于使顾客价值得到重大改进,企业脱离原竞争区域;基于产品及业务的不同,存在四种创新模式;而创新在流程上则要经历从基于客户联盟的消费流程中识别创新机会、获取创新所需资源、价值创新实施等环节。

Abstract:In the dynamic environment, corporation competitive advantage is from customer value innovation which is to do different things. The principle is to promote customer value radically, and separate corporate from the previous competitive zone. There are four kinds of innovation based on product and business process differences. Innovation process includes opportunity identification from consumption, resource acquisition, value innovation implementation and so on.
