| Abstract: | This paper first expounds the service right of digital library,and then on the basis of the concept,the author makes a comparative study of the stipulations regarding construction and protection of library digital resources among the copyright laws of USA,EU,Australia,and other western countries.Finally,the author put forward four good enlightenment on establishment of service right of Chinese digital(library.) |
