非晶钴基复合磁条在图书馆的应用性能研究

摘    要:综合分忻影响复合磁条使用寿命的诸多因素,对国内、外同类型且具代表性的磁条产品进行了应用性能的测试与分析对比,确定非晶态软磁合金的时效稳定性对图书磁条极限使用寿命的支持。同时,提出符合磁条化学、物理特性的实际应用方法,试图为图书馆应用磁条合理选型提供科学的依据。

Abstract:This article studies the factors that influence the working time of the composite tape. The test data of several representative tape samples from different domestic and overseas tactories are analyzed and compared. It is found that the time stability of amorphous soft magnetic alloy can support the maximum working time of the tape. Meanwhile, we put forward a practical method that matches the chemical and physical properties of the composite tape, and provide the scientific bases for libraries to select the tapes.
