| 摘 要： | 90年代,随着苏联的解体两极格局实际终结,而由中国、俄罗斯、欧盟、日本等国家和集团形成边界格局的多极化发展趋势,对美国霸权主义产生了强烈的冲击,有利于大国关系的调整,促进世界经济的全球化发展。

| Abstract: | In the 1990s,with the disintegration of the U. S. S. R,the U. S. and U. S. S. R totalitarian patterns withered away. China, Russia ,E. E.G. , Japan and other countries and groups formed a new word pattern. The world is moving towards multipolarization. The new pattern exerts a strong assault on the U. S. hegemonism. It is advantegeous to the regulation of the big countries,so as to develop the world econ-my. |
