| 摘 要： | 运用献资料法、调查法、实验法，对河南省普通高校体育与健康课程体系进行设计，构建以“健康第一”、“以人为本”为教育原则，以身体练习为主要手段，以提高学生身心健康为目标，充分体现学生三个“自主”的体育与健康课程体系模式。
