蒺藜皂甙的生物学功能及其对运动能力的影响

摘    要:已有的研究表明,采用运动补剂配伍服用,可以全面提高运动员身体机能和竞技能力。而这些中药补剂中哪种补剂的作用比较大,目前尚未得出明确结论。根据运动的生物化学特点和维持运动员身体机能的需要,有作者选用蒺藜皂甙作为补剂,研究其对运动员运动能力的影响。本文采用文献综述的方法,分析蒺藜皂甙的有效成分及药性,了解它的生物学功能,并探讨了其与运动能力的关系。

Abstract:Previous studies have shown that using sports supplements compatibility taking; raise the overall athlete bodily functions and athletic ability. But which of these Chinese herbal supplements is more functional is not yet clear concluded. According to the biochemical characteristics of the movement and the need to maintain bodily functions of athletes of choice, Tribulus is selected as a tonic to study its impact on the ability of athletes. In this paper, the method of literature review, analysis of the active ingredient and potency of Tribulus, understand its biological function, and analvsis of the relationship between exercise capacities.
