硒的生物学功能与运动能力的关系综述

摘    要:近年来,硒和运动能力之间关系的研究已成为国内外研究的热点。硒作为人体必需的微量元素,在提高运动能力、增强机体免疫力、抵抗疲劳方面有积极的意义。本文综合目前国内外的各种文献,对硒的生物化学作用,硒的补充与运动能力的关系及运动员的硒补充等问题进行了综述,并建议有关机构建立硒营养状况监督机制和硒产品管理机制,使人们可以安全补硒,增强运动员的竞技能力,提高国民身体健康。

Abstract:Recently, the relationship between microelement selenium and athletic ability has gained more attentions of the exports at home and abroad. As one of the necessary microelements needed by human body, Selenium has a intimate relation with athletic podormance because its anti-oxidant capacity and immuno-premotion effects. This essay briefly introduces the biochemical functions of Selenium, and mainly expatiates upon the relationship between microelement selenium and athletic ability, and Se supplement on athletes. At last, it is suggested that correlative administrations establishing the sdmlnistrant mechanism for Se status on athletes and the employing of Se prod-ucts.
