| 摘 要： | 教师发展策略即教师成长的重要手段。在不同的成长阶段,教师应侧重不同的发展策略。文章根据教师在成长过程中主要目的的变化,将教师的成长过程分为职业定向、职业适应、职业调整和职业成熟四个阶段,并在此基础上依次提出富有针时性的教师发展策略。

| Abstract: | Teacher developmental strategy is the main means of teacher growth,in different stages of which teachers should prefer some strategies.Therefore,this paper,in accordance with different needs,classifies teacher growth as follows:professional orientation,adaptation,adjustment and maturity, and accordingly this paper suggests various teacher developmental strategies. |
