| 摘 要： | 从全民学习、终身学习的大质量观和学校的办学定位、主要功能出发,江苏开放大学要确立自己独特的质量追求,并努力探索适应开放教育特点的质量监控方式:日常过程监控与重点环节评价相结合、外部监控与学校内部监控相结合、线上监控与线下监控相结合,为全民学习、终身学习提供可靠的质量保障。

| Abstract: | Based on the general quality view of whole people learning and lifelong learning,and the education orientation and the main function of the university,Jiangsu Open University should establish its unique quality pursuit,and make effort to explore the way of quality control suitable to the characteristic of open education： to combine the daily process monitoring with key links evaluation,the external monitoring with internal monitoring,and the online monitoring with offline monitoring. It will provide reliable quality assurance for whole people learning and lifelong learning. |
