| 摘 要： | 私人侦探业在我国还没有得到正式的认可,也还没有形成有规模的行业,其利与弊、禁止与开放一直是个比较敏感和有争议的话题。本文通过分析我国私人侦探业的发展现状、存在原因和可能出现的问题,提出我国应明确私人侦探的法律地位,只要完善其管理体制,严格规范,正确引导,私人侦探业就能走上健康发展的道路。
