| 摘 要： | 培养新一代高素质的工商管理类人才,是地方综合性大学人才培养的重要课题.为适应经济全球化和入世后的新形势,培养出复合型、应用型、创新型的工商管理类人才,地方综合性大学必须对工商管理类专业的教学计划、教学方法与手段、培养目标、课程设置、实践环节等进行改革和创新.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the present situation and existing problems in the education of business management specialties in the local comprehensive universities and advocating that the teaching plan, teaching methodology, training objective, curriculum and practice link should be reformed and innovated so as to meet the needs of the new situation of globalization and cultivate the compound, practical and innovative business management professionals. |
