The Role of Learning Party Branches in Constructing High-level Characteristic University

During the process of constructing characteristic university at a high level,in face of the complex environment of running suburban colleges and universities,how should colleges deal with various difficulties and challenges through establishing learning party branches to serve the building of high-level characteristic universities is explored and illustrated and finally some personal suggestions and ideas are submitted in order to promote the construction of high-level characteristic universities by establishing learning party branches.
