| Abstract: | The experience in running school based on the demand of the market in Australian Box Hill Institute is estimable and its characteristics lie in three aspects： marketization guidance,entreprenurial management and branding management.Chinese higher vocational colleges are expected to make ＂three transformations＂ when using their experience for reference such as： transforming the traditional centralized management into power separation management;transforming the convergent development into characteristic development;transforming safegarding a business into starting a business. |
