| Abstract: | The paper discusses at the existing problems among the present teaching staff of higher vocational colleges such as： access system,faculty struture,requirements on double quality teachers,on-the-job training and part-time teachers.Then it puts forward some countermearsures including： concept adaption,system advance,resourse sharing,dynamic forms as well as equal attention to full-time and part-time faculty. |
