| 摘 要： | 自20世纪80年代以来，在单位制弱化的背景下，我国的城市社区建设取得了瞩目的成就，建立了一大批全国示范性小区。然而近年来，我国社区的发展呈现出明显的“离散化”特征。文章从单位制对社区建设的影响入手，深入剖析了社区离散化的成因，提出了解决方案。

| Abstract: | Under the background of weakening unit system, Chinese city community construction has made great achievements and has bulit many national demonstrative housing estates since 1980s. However, Chinese communities are taking on dispersed characteristics in recent years. The paper analyses the influence of unit system on community construction, probes into the causes of formation of the dispersed communities and puts forward the solution plan. |
