| 摘 要： | 中唐是唐朝传奇文创造的兴盛时期,其中婚恋传奇也盛于此时。《唐律疏议.户婚》作为唐代婚姻法的主体,其思想在此时的文学作品中亦有不少描写和反映。通过二者的比较分析,我们发现中唐传奇中多种形式的婚姻,都能从唐代婚姻法中找到影子。

| Abstract: | The Middle-Tang Dynasty is the flourishing period of Tang legend creation,including the love stories.HuHun,as the main part of the marriage law in Tang Dynasty,was depicted and reflected in the legends.By comparative research,it can be found out that there are certain relations between marriage form of the Middle-Tang Romance and Tang＇s Marriage Law. |
