论作为德性的正义

在亚里士多德所构建的伦理学体系中,正义有着极高的地位,正义是德行之首,＂比星辰更让人崇拜＂。亚里士多德不仅给予正义以详细的阐释,而且运用中道原则对其进行规训,以达到个人与城邦的幸福和至善。他着重论述了正义的道德特性,将其与个体德性区分开来,并在此基础上将正义分为总体正义与部分正义。最后亚里士多德运用中道原则,对正义的获得提供了行之有效的方法,使得正义得以成为现实。由此,我们可以充分的理解正义在亚里士多德哲学那里所蕴含的德性意义。

On Justice as a Virtue

In the system of ethics which was built by Aristotle,justice has a very high position,justice is the primary virtue," People worship it more than the stars".Aristotle not only gave justice the detailed explanation,but also used the middle principle to disciplined it,in order to achieved happiness and perfection of the individual and the city-state.He focused on the moral characteristics of justice,separated it with the individual virtue,and divided justice into overall justice and some justice on this basis.At last,Aristotle used middle principle,which is an effective way to get justice,to made the justice become a reality.As a result,We can fully understand the moral meaning of justice in Aristotle’s philosophy.
