| 摘 要： | 通谋虚假结婚由于缺乏法律定性造成的司法实践过程中出现的问题屡见不鲜,为了节约立法资源及有效利用现有法律制度,我们应在现有婚姻家庭法体制下寻找该类婚姻转化为合法有效婚姻的可能性。通过借鉴国外先进的婚姻家庭制度,在我国设立结婚公告制度、增设结婚审查期,提高婚姻登记人员的专业素质,以期预防和减少该类婚姻的出现。

| Abstract: | The colluded mendacious wedding appears more and more popular because of lacking to determine the nature in law.We should to seek the possibility that this wedding would be turn to a lawful and effective marriage in the system of the modern family law.In order to prevent and reduce this phenomenon appears,we should set up the system of wedding announcement and the review period of the wedding,at the same time,we must pay attention to the improve the quality of the marriage registrar. |
