| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，特别是我国实现由计划经济体制向市场经济体制转型以后，我国经济出现了举世瞩目的辉煌成就。在这里，我们应该注意到一个现象：随着我国市场经济体制的确立和不断完善，作为市场经济的主角——企业家群体，由于其对企业的作用，而实现了他对整个社会经济发展的巨大贡献。在本文中，笔者通过考察与界定企业家的概念，阐述企业家对企业的作用，进而透视企业家对整个社会经济的贡献。

| Abstract: | Our country's economy has gained glorious accomplishment after reform,especially after enforcing the market-oriented economy.And with the establishment and improvement of market economy,the lead, entrepreneurs,have realized their great contribution to the whole social economy,this article expounds the function of entrepreneur by inspecting its concept. |
