心理健康状况评定中的误差来源

国内对心理健康状况问题的评定，在数量方面存在估计偏高的倾向，导致这种误差的原因有四个方面：一是认识方面的；二是社会环境方面的；三是评定工具使用方面的；四是被试方面的。文章就这些问题进行了一定的分析，并提出当前需要解决的心理问题，但更应当关注心理教育和心理训练。“预防重于治疗”应该成为心理健康研究者的主要工作方向。

SOURCE OF ERROR IN THE EVALUATION OF THE STATE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL HEALTH

In the evaluation of the state of psychological health there is a trend towards overestimation of the number of people who have troubles in psychological health. What leads to such errors lies in: 1. the attitude of the evaluators; 2. social environment; 3. instruments used in the evaluation; 4.the people who are evaluated. On the basis of the analysis of these errors this paper points out that in order to solve psychological problems much more attention should be paid to psychological education and psychological training. Prevention is more important than treatment - this is what researcher in psychological health must keep in mind.
