论行政伦理选择机制的重构

行政伦理选择理论对于行政道德建设具有重要的指导意义。但以往的认识过于理性化 ,即它是建立在道德自律和为道德而道德的理论基础之上的 ,实践证明 ,这是一种片面、脱离实际从而不能有效指导人们道德实践的理论。只有走出道德自律论的误区 ,才能构建有效的行政伦理选择机制。确立正确的幸福观、德福一致的公正制度是有效地进行道德选择的内在和外在机制。

On the Reform of Selecting Mechanism of Administration Ethics

The moral-selection theory plays a key role in the development of a proper administrative moral code. However, the administration ethnics has been relying too much on rational self-discipline and morality for its own sake. Thus there has to be a fundamental shift from such a misunderstanding before we can form a good working innate mechanism and the corresponding social system for moral selection based on the integration of happiness with justice and morality.
